The ordered items are dispatched by the parcel service provider DHL. For larger volumes and order quantities, we commission a forwarding agent. In Germany, we usually deliver items in stock within 2-3 working days. If you pay in advance, we will wait until payment has been received before dispatching your order. The transit-times for shipments abroad vary depending on the delivery zone. You can find the current country transit-times here: www.dhl.de/transit-times. After dispatch, you will receive a tracking link from us, which you can use to check the status of your consignment at any time.
