This wondrous tree had already been mentioned in ancient ayurvedic writings over 5000 years earlier.

Furthermore, Moringa has a very high percentage of chlorophyll and carbohydrates and also contains alpha carotene, beta sitosterol, a phytoestrogen as well as many amino acids.
Recommended intake: One teaspoon, 1 - 3 times daily stirred into a beverage or sprinkled onto food.
