Catunaregam spinosa
Maidal, the so-called “dream nuts”, are smoked at one’s bedside, as they are best suited for sleeping through the night and against nightmares. Their tart, resinous, earthy smell has a holistic, calming effect.
Dream nuts should be crushed before smoking (e.g. in a mortar).
