Fragrant and lovely China Jasmine is a leaf tea flavoured with jasmine flowers in the traditional way. The beguilingly fragrant white flowers of the jasmine plant give this tea its unmistakable flavour. Every night, when the jasmine blooms anew, its fresh flowers are mixed with the tea to give it its unique aroma. Then the flowers are removed again. This process is repeated for several nights until its fullness of flavour is attained.

 

Preparation:

According to taste, infuse 4 – 5 teaspoons of China green jasmine tea with 1 litre of 70 - 80°C water. Let it steep for 2 to 3 minutes. Multiple infusions are possible.
