Bon singing bowl

Long before Buddhism came to Tibet, the Bön shamans living there used singing bowls in healing rituals and to invoke divinity.

Today, singing bowl therapy is a proven method to bring one's vibrational pattern into harmony. The singing bowls offered here are of selected quality – they respond easily and have well-balanced overtones. This makes them ideal for meditation and therapy.

Each bowl is unique – the images are examples and may vary slightly in shape, color, and design from the bowls delivered. Delivery does not include coaster or mallet. Matching coasters (wool felt rings) and mallets for each singing bowl size can be found below in the accessories section.

It is recommended to choose mallets according to the size of the singing bowl. Once you select a bowl size, you will see our matching recommendations. The suggested mallets generally also work well with the next smaller and next larger bowl size. However, there is one exception: For the smallest singing bowls (200–250 g, 250–300 g, and 475–525 g), rubbing only works with wooden mallets. Leather mallets can only be used to strike these bowls.

Care:
Strong temperature fluctuations, moisture, and direct sunlight can affect the lifespan. Please store in a balanced humidity environment to prevent material changes, mold, and corrosion. Clean dirt with a slightly damp cloth. Dry after cleaning and each use.
