The sun of Southeast Asia is captured in this raw cacao block, crafted from fairly and sustainably grown Trinitario and Forastero beans from Bali and the island of Flores. This creamy cacao mass is gently processed at low temperatures and offers a harmonious, mild flavor with tropical-fruity notes. This raw cacao is ideal for cacao ceremonies, as a drinking chocolate, or for preparing delicious desserts.
Dosage Recommendation:
Dissolve 30 g of cacao in 250 ml of warm plant milk or water. Add coconut blossom sugar and your favorite spices to taste.
Pro Tip: To preserve all the valuable nutrients and enjoy the full aroma, do not let the drink exceed 42°C. A small pinch of salt will further enhance the magnificent cacao flavor.
