This creamy cacao mass is gently processed at low temperatures and offers a harmonious, mild flavor with tropical-fruity notes. This raw cacao is ideal for cacao ceremonies, as a drinking chocolate, or for preparing delicious desserts.
Dosage Recommendation:
Dissolve 30 g of cacao in 250 ml of warm plant milk or water. Add coconut blossom sugar and your favorite spices to taste.
Pro Tip: To preserve all the valuable nutrients and enjoy the full aroma, do not let the drink exceed 42°C. A small pinch of salt will further enhance the magnificent cacao flavor.
