Commiphora erythraea, pure resin
When burned, the resin of the bisabol myrrh develops an aromatic-sweet, balsamic fragrance that is reminiscent of red wine corks and old mysterious libraries. The smoke was used in various cultures to protect against negative energies and to strengthen the senses and powers of observation.
