The smallholder project is called "Avo dos Saberes," which means "Guardian of Knowledge." It represents the wisdom of the Atlantic rainforest, one of the oldest and most biodiverse forests in the world. This project on Brazil's Cacao Coast preserves valuable knowledge about the delicate ecosystem and its importance to our planet.

Recommended Dosage:
Heat 30 g of cocoa mass in 250 ml of plant-based milk or water (do not exceed 42 °C to preserve all the valuable nutrients), add coconut blossom sugar and your favorite spices to taste.
