The drops are ideal for making ceremonial cacao, as drinking chocolate or for baking, cooking and as a snack. The beans come from small farmers' cooperatives in Ecuador, where the cacao grows together with various fruit trees. This gives them their flowery, nutty taste - their fine acidity is reminiscent of mangoes and oranges. The drops are characterized by their particularly delicate melting texture. Their broad, chocolaty aroma profile has a pleasantly stimulating effect.
